				&lt;div class="article-summary"&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 18px; font-family: Arial;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;The 10M beacon is BACK ON the air.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: 'Lucida Grande';"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: 'Lucida Grande';"&gt;The 10 meter beacon that has been planned since late last summer is now on the air.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: 'Lucida Grande';"&gt;It is using the call WØILO on 28.2865 CW from the tower site between Kindred and Walcott.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: 'Lucida Grande';"&gt;Of course we are hoping to get reception reports from all sorts of distant states and DX locations, but any observations in the local area are also encouraged.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: 'Lucida Grande';"&gt; Send any reports to Alan AIØQ at, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 11px; font-family: 'Lucida Grande'; color: rgb(26, 0, 255);"&gt;ai0q@arrl.net&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

			<title>VE Testing Requirements</title>

				&lt;div class="article-summary"&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;"&gt;You will need to bring with you the following&lt;br /&gt;Cost $15.00 for each test.  If you pass the first test, and you wish to&lt;br /&gt;take the next level test, it is free, only if you pass the first test.&lt;br /&gt;If you fail the test and wish to retest you must pay the $15.00 again.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Picture ID, and or 2 other Forms of  ID&lt;br /&gt;MUST HAVE  Your FRN if you have it.  (on your license ) for existing hams&lt;br /&gt;MUST HAVE Copy of your license A MUST&lt;br /&gt;MUST HAVE Original  License A MUST&lt;br /&gt;MUST HAVE  If you are pending an up grade, you have taken a test but you&lt;br /&gt;have not received you license in the mail yet) You will need Original&lt;br /&gt;CSCE, and a copy of your CSCE&lt;br /&gt;If this is your first time testing.&lt;br /&gt;Your Social Security number. If you are taking the test for the first time.&lt;br /&gt;If you are a minor and you do not have any form of ID, you must have a&lt;br /&gt;parent or guardian  with you.&lt;br /&gt;ALL THESE THINGS ARE NEEDED.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Calculators  ( keep it simple)&lt;br /&gt;You should bring a calculator.  If it is programmable, you must prove to&lt;br /&gt;the VE team that all memories are clear.  IF you can not prove it,&lt;br /&gt;You can not use it. You can not use cell phones or computers as&lt;br /&gt;calculators.&lt;br /&gt;a simple slide rule calculator will do most if not all calculations&lt;br /&gt;needed for all test.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Testing location&lt;br /&gt;location is at the Cass co annex&lt;br /&gt;1010 2nd Avenue South, Fargo, ND&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
